Biography
Bankruptcy
As a graduate with high honors from Middle Tennessee State University and Washburn University School of Law, Ms. Randle is well-versed academically and has a diverse career background. After graduating from law school in 2000, Ms. Randle served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Frank Schwelb of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Thereafter, Ms. Randle served as a strategic planner and defense contract analyst assisting on governmental projects for the military, the Smithsonian Institute and NASA. After the tragedies surrounding 9-11, Ms. Randle returned to her home state and began practicing in Chattanooga and Cleveland. Some of Ms. Randle's clients have included Chase Home Finance, LLC, Chattanooga Area Schools Federal Credit Union, Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union, State Farm Bank and Marshall and Ilsley Bank. During her practice she has argued a case before the Tennessee Court of Appeals concerning a land boundary dispute and authored a brief submitted to the same Court regarding the contractual interactions of a plane purchase on e-bay. In 2008, Ms. Randle was honored to the be guest speaker on Recent Updates in Law and Legislation concerning Consumer Protection Rights.
