About Our Firm

Experience You Can Trust. A Firm That Feels Like Home.

With over 22 years of legal experience, April Perry Randle offers creative, client-centered representation from her office in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Whether guiding families through probate, customizing estate plans, or drafting contracts to protect clients’ rights, her mission remains the same: to resolve legal concerns so clients can focus on what matters most—family and community.

A Welcoming, Unconventional Experience

Located just across from Chick-fil-A in Ooltewah, April and her team offer a relaxed, judgment-free environment. Clients often describe consultations as sitting down with a friend—not a typical law office visit. Feminine farmhouse décor, a dining table in place of a conference desk, and the occasional drop-in from a child or pet create a warm, inviting space.

Many clients express relief after their first meeting, even describing moments of laughter in the midst of heavy decisions. This personal, down-to-earth approach is what sets the Law Office of April Perry Randle apart.

Support Every Step of the Way

Legal processes can be complex, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. From start to finish, April is by your side—offering clear guidance, compassionate support, and the confidence you need to move forward.

About April

As a graduate with high honors from Middle Tennessee State University and Washburn University School of Law, Ms. Randle is well-versed academically. Her diverse professional and legal experience over the past 25 years has enhanced her ability to work with clients across multiple practice areas.  Ms. Randle served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Frank Schwelb in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and remained in the D.C. area to hone her skills as a creative problem solver while working as an analyst and strategic planner for defense contractor, SAIC. Ms. Randle assisted governmental agencies, such as the Department of Defense, the Smithsonian Institute, and NASA. After the tragedy of 9/11, Ms. Randle returned to Chattanooga and has been in solo practice ever since. For over two decades, Ms. Randle has handled thousands of cases, but her focus on the areas of consumer bankruptcy, probate, and estate planning allows her to do what she loves - using her expertise and strong desire to help others by incorporating understanding, a sense of humor, compassion, and creativity in reaching a resolution or client goal.  This passion has led to Ms. Randle's niche practice, which is now exclusively dedicated to highly customized estate plans created in a private but casual environment with the intent to allow discussions that can often involve complicated and delicate family dynamics. Ms. Randle also works, as needed, with a team of trusted advisors, such as accountants,  financial advisors, and tax planners, to create a comprehensive plan for each client.

Ms. Randle resides in Ooltewah with her entrepreneur husband and two boys. She is a soccer mom, band mom,  and aspiring movie director/producer mom, among her various other roles in life. She is an avid reader,  traveler, writer, and dog lover, with special love reserved for her obedience school dropout border collie, Buster.  She aspires to become a balanced eater and a Southern Fiction writer in her old age.
