Clio for Clients, a user-friendly mobile app accessible on your smartphone, allows clients and the firm to communicate on the go and access confidential information and legal documents 24/7 with the highest levels of security. There are no complicated login procedures and no usernames or passwords to remember (or forget). Simply download the App, verify your email, and voila!  You can privately text, email, submit requests for information and appointments, make payments, electronically sign forms, and upload and retrieve documents or images relevant to your case.

Clio even has a built-in scanning feature that allows you to upload documents from your phone. You can also convert multiple photos into a single pdf document. These are immediately available for viewing and download. With all documents and communication stored in one place, you can access it from anywhere in the world.  This means less time dropping off, picking up and signing documents, which equates to more time spent on substantive legal matters.

Our office space in Ooltewah is available by appointment only, and we offer scheduled appointments by phone and video conferencing. Additionally, due to the nature of our practice, we understand it is not always possible for our friends to come to us, so, in special circumstances, we come to you, whether you are in assisted living, independent living, or a rehabilitation facility. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to arrange in-home visits or meetings at hospital. Have Law Degree and Notary - Will travel!
